CCArray Scientific Workshop

The CCArray Scientific Workshop at the Pacific Geoscience Centre on August 16-17 was attended by 46 people, together with 15 online participants from across North America and Europe. The workshop featured presentations and panel discussions on topics including natural and anthropogenic hazards, geological processes from the plate boundary to the Cordilleran foreland, ocean science, numerical weather prediction, and education, outreach & communications. Strategic planning discussions during and after the workshop laid the groundwork for a future launch of this initiative. Most of the workshop presentations will be posted here in the near future. Nanometrics is thanked for sponsoring the coffee breaks and lunches at the workshop.
